By accessing or using the Leads Connect platform ("Service") provided by Cloudbase Solutions, whether as an agency subscriber or as an invited client, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
When you use Leads Connect to connect or grant access to Meta Business Portfolios, Ad Accounts, Pages, Instagram Accounts, or Datasets, you represent and warrant that you hold legitimate administrative authority and ownership rights over those assets.
All users agree to comply strictly with the Meta Developer Terms, Meta Commercial Terms, Advertising Standards, and Community Guidelines. Leads Connect provides official API connectivity and does not circumvent Meta security protocols.
Clients retain 100% control over their advertising assets at all times. Permissions granted to an agency through Leads Connect can be revoked immediately at any point directly within Meta Business Manager or via the Leads Connect client portal.
Agency workspaces subscribe to tiered plans (Starter, Pro). Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual cycle and may be cancelled at any time through the billing dashboard without penalty.
Leads Connect provides software automation for asset linking. Leads Connect is not liable for advertising spend, campaign performance, or third-party platform API outages beyond our direct operational control.
